Based on the input received in the consultation and validation sessions, the final report will then be finalized and published. The preparation of the Assessment Report for the calendar year of 2020 is part of the monitoring in all Enlargement countries, including Turkey and was conducted in cooperation with Balkan Civil Society Development Network (BCSDN). It consisted of two phases: (i) data-gathering (desktop review, CSOs survey, focus groups and interviews) included over 630 survey responses, a total of 28 focus groups with 173 representatives and interviews with 70 different stakeholders conducted. (ii) analysis and synthesis of the data into a regional report. The whole process of data collection, analysis and synthesis was based on the previous work undertaken in 2019 in order to note any trends and developments in each of the specific Guidelines’ result framework areas monitored. The full report for 2018-2019 annual monitoring cycle can be found here.
