Established as a regional network of professionals to promote effective early intervention by sharing experience and expertise with all stakeholders at a regional and national level, it builds partnerships and sustainable communication between relevant governmental institutions, professionals and agencies in order to facilitate; early intervention programmes; inclusion as a human right and a better quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
