The Guidelines are part of the set of user friendly e-learning tools available for CSOs, created in order to provide support to CSOs in Western Balkans and Turkey in the development and delivery of their capacity building programs.

The e-learning guide is an easily accessible set of information prepared for a potential user to be able to experience the entire cycle of effective instruction design and the adaptation of Moodle to the e-learning content including information on how to administrate Moodle.
