The Inception Report describes the progress made within the Project’s first few months. The Report goes into detail on accomplishments, challenges and future endeavors. The Report also gives an overview of the staff and office locations.

One of the major tasks during the inception period has been the establishment of the project’s organisational and administrative infrastructure which includes a regional office and TA desks in the eight beneficiary countries and territories.
