The main objectives of the Forum is to present the outcomes of the Report on “Assessment on the State of the Enabling Environment and Capacities of Civil Society against the Guidelines for EU Support to Civil Society in Enlargement countries“, as well as the new Instrument for Pre-Accession 3 architecture, future EU support to civil society within the new EU budget (2020-2027) and the new Guidelines for EU Support to Civil Society in Enlargement countries that provide the framework of expected standards and benchmarks for EU accession of these countries concerning support and cooperation with civil society.
The Forum in Skopje gathers around 100 CSOs representatives from all Western Balkans and Turkey beneficiaries, as well as high representatives from European Commissions and public institutions.
