Partners Albania for Change and Development (lead) in partnership with Albanian Centre for Population and Development (ACPD) and European Movement in Albania (EMA).

To contribute to stronger civil society Organisations (CSOs) by supporting organisational development, networking, communication and linkages to media and advocacy efforts, that contribute to the improvement of working standards and advocate for the implementation of the roadmap on enabling environment for Albania. To provide support, information, exchange and networking at local and national level that contributes to an increased role of civil society in the EU integration and other reform processes in the country. To strengthen the competence, transparency, effectiveness, accountability and self-governance of CSOs.

Providing information and help desk services; Monitoring of enabling environment for civil society in Albania; Conducting research, policy papers and publications; Organising capacity and needs assessment of CSOs and CSOs networks; Delivering training, mentoring and coaching for CSOs; Building an academy of CSOs’ Leaders and managers; Networking and offering assistance to CSOs networks; Facilitating participatory processes; Involving in advocacy and policy dialogue; Improving CSOs standards (leading and facilitating the process of drafting and implementing of the Code of Standards for CSOs).
