The purpose of the Resource Centre is to strengthen the role of civil society in the EU integration process by enhancing the capacities of CSOs to effectively participate in the decision-making process and reforms in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It aims to support CSOs in becoming more influential and self-sustainable, actively participating in reform processes through advocacy, monitoring, and consultations, and improving the environment for civil society's operation within the country.

The Resource Center's website constantly updated with vital materials, databases and information to bolster CSO activities; Helpdesk for queries and expert advice; Tailored training programs that span from basic to advanced topics, aimed at improving the skills and knowledge of CSO personnel; Seven regional HUBs, facilitating direct engagement, technical support and mentoring, fostering a collaborative environment among CSOs; Aid in the foundational, legal and financial aspects of CSOs; Aid in project preparation and execution, as well as securing funds; Organizing events to promote dialogue, networking and collaboration within the civil society community.
